Hymenoplasty - Hymen reconstruction without visible trace

Whatever the reason for the reconstruction, it is possible at any age and regardless of the number of previous sexual encounters.

The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis, under local or general anesthesia, depending on the patient's wishes. The sutures used absorb within 3 weeks. Showering can be resumed the following day. There is no real pain. A check-up at 3 weeks will allow us to monitor the results of the surgery.

Hymenoplasty to restore an intact hymen. The procedure leaves no trace. The hymen can tear as a result of sexual intercourse, sporting activities or the use of tampons. With hymenoplasty, intimate restoration surgery, you can regain a fully intact hymen. Description of the procedure:

  • The microsurgical operation takes place under local anaesthetic and lasts about an hour.
  • The post-operative period is generally painless.
  • Once fully healed, the reconstructed hymen shows no visible traces of the procedure, and is no different from a normal hymen.
  • Bleeding may be abundant during defloration, as with a normal hymen.
  • Some cultures require virginity for marriage. In these cases, the surgery must be performed 6 weeks before the matrimonial union.
