The Clinique du Lac has set itself the following missions

Providing quality care

A continuous improvement approach to the quality and safety of care is in place, with the involvement of all professionals. The necessary investments in equipment and human resources are continuously adapted to activity levels.

Respecting patients' rights

  • Relevance of the intervention and analysis of the benefit/risk ratio are the guidelines for doctor-patient dialogue, in order to provide fair information.
  • Bientraitance, confidentiality, privacy
  • Commitment to patient transparency

Guarantee the professional independence of the practitioners who work within it.

Enhance the value of work and the quality of working life, and promote training for all staff involved in the operation of the facility.

Clinique du Lac is certified without recommendation by the Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) and aims to maintain this level of certification.

Clinique du Lac certified IACE: Institut Autonome de Chirurgie Esthétique (Independent Institute for Aesthetic Surgery)

4 Letters that make all the difference and the promise of excellence!!!

Since July 2005, cosmetic surgery can only be performed in two types of establishments:

  1. A private clinic or public hospital
  2. An independent facility for aesthetic surgery (IACE), authorized by the ARS (Agence Régionale de Santé) and certified by the HAS (Haute Autorité de Santé).

The advantages of an IACE :

  • No mixing of genres between more or less serious pathologies and aesthetics.
  • No infectious pathologies, and therefore better control of the risk of healthcare-associated infection.
  • Availability of trained nursing staff to listen to patients' aesthetic needs.
  • A human-scale facility. The Clinique du lac team emphasizes risk management and aesthetic ethics.

Practice in compliance with current standards

The Clinique du Lac is a recent establishment, created in compliance with the 2005 decrees regulating the practice of aesthetic surgery. Operators are qualified medical doctors specializing in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. The clinic is open to all plastic surgeons wishing to operate on their patients in a serene, specialized environment. The clinic is dedicated solely to aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery, and does not receive patients, which limits the risk of nosocomial infection compared with general hospitals. The Clinique du Lac is equipped with the latest standards to enable us to practice our profession in the best possible conditions.

Medicine and cosmetic surgery in complete safety

Thanks to modern anesthetic techniques (local anesthesia with sedation, neuroleptanalgesia, flash general anesthesia), procedures are carried out safely on an outpatient basis, with the option of a rapid return home with an accompanying person, or an overnight stay at the clinic or one of its partner hotels. This type of anaesthesia, with deep sedation and relaxation, is performed by an anaesthetist who limits the risks and after-effects of anaesthesia, and respects all the patient's functions, enabling him or her to become autonomous as quickly as possible.

"Everything for the patient's well-being

The atmosphere at Clinique du Lac is calm and relaxing. The nursing staff, specially trained in patient care and support, are available, efficient and reassuring.
