Clinique du Lac offers 2 types of teleconsultation: classic teleconsultation and 3D teleconsultation.
3D teleconsultation
Clinique du Lac has set up a teleconsultation service to meet the needs of all its patients. This service is available via the Crisalix 3D simulation platform, enabling your surgeon to remotely obtain the essential characteristics of your anatomy and propose 3D simulations in line with your body and expectations. This will enable you to have an initial discussion with your surgeon in absolute comfort, without even having to come to the clinic. However, a second face-to-face consultation is required to complete the details of the procedures and carry out the medical examination.

All you have to do is click on the link below and follow the instructions to create a 3D model of your chest or face from 3 photos, which you can then upload securely to the page. Photos can be taken from a standard camera or your smartphone. The quality of the 3D model will depend on the quality of the photo, so please follow the instructions carefully. For the chest, it's best to ask someone close to you to take them.

The day of the teleconsultation
You will receive an invitation by e-mail to connect to the videoconference approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. During the teleconsultation, you will be able to discuss your expectations with your surgeon in the comfort of your own home. Your state of health and your physical characteristics will be studied, and the doctor will show you the different 3D simulation projects that best match and adapt to your wishes.Access your 3D telecom remotely
Once you and your surgeon have agreed on your future surgery, you can access your 3D simulation directly from home, and share it with friends and family.
Tips to optimize your teleconsultation experience :
- Make sure you have a reliable, high-quality Internet connection, preferably wired for better video stability.
- If possible, connect from a computer equipped with a webcam (also possible from a smartphone, but less advisable).
